Kenneth Denning manages his own real estate investment and management firm based in Connecticut. His achievements as a business leader include owning and operating a number of hospitality properties in the restaurant and nightclub sphere. These properties include 36 Luis Street, Crystal Blue, Raz Mattaz, Abracadabra, Top Hat, Pink Flamingo, and Deep Purple. Beyond his work in commercial real estate, Kenneth Denning has a successful history flipping residential homes.
Before founding Denning Enterprises in 1989, he established a corporation called COLORS, which reflected his tendency to name restaurants and nightclubs after various colors. Before he was a business owner he was an inventor, and he continues to develop new products today. One of his notable inventions is an oil can with a pull-tab top.
Kenneth Denning gives back to his local community and the American people through his various philanthropic efforts. He has helped fight cancer through his contributions to the Connecticut Cancer Foundation and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He has also given generously to the American War Hero Society and his local police and fire departments.
